Unit: 6 Therapeutic Nursing care Part: 3 Care of patient with Fluid and Electrolyte imbalance કી-ટર્મ્સ (Key terms): define acidosis (એસીડોસીસ): આમાં એસિડ બેઇઝ ઇમબેલેન્સ માં હાઇડ્રોજન આયન ( H+)નું કોન્સન્ટ્રેશન એ વધી જાય છે અને તેની ph એ 7.35 કરતાં ઓછી થાય છે. આમાં આર્ટીરિયલ ( Aartirial pH ) પીએચ એ બાયકાર્બોનેટ ( HCO3-)ના કોન્સન્ટ્રેશન ઓછું થવાના કારણે arterial પીએચ પણ લો હોય છે તેને મેટાબોલિક એસિડોસિસ કહે છે.
