Explain/Define Altered level of consciousness.(અલ્ટર્ડ લેવલ ઓફ કંસિયસનેસ ને વ્યાખ્યાયિત કરો.) અલ્ટર્ડ લેવલ ઓફ કન્સીયસનેસ ને નીચે પ્રમાણે વર્ગીકૃત કરવામાં આવેલ છે. 1) concioussness(કંસિયસનેસ), 2) Confusion (કન્ફ્યુઝન), 3) Lethargy (લેથાર્જી), 4) Obtunded (ઓબટયુન્ડેડ), 5) Stuper (સ્ટુપર), 6) Coma ( કોમા).
